6 hours on-site — $880

Inclusions

  • Travel fees up to 100km round trip from Hamilton Hill

  • 1-hour phone consult to run through your plans

  • Creation of a detailed run sheet (with vendor contacts, timings, and inclusions)

  • Personal items recap document (what goes where)

  • Master timeline sent to all vendors as a reference point

  • Email check-ins to confirm final logistics (1–2 weeks prior)

On the day

  • Oversee vendor arrivals and deliveries

  • Ensure set-up matches the agreed floor plan and layout

  • Place your personal items (guest book, signage, cake table, etc.)

  • Coordinate the ceremony with your celebrant and music provider

  • Be the main point of contact for all vendors and staff (so no one needs to call you!)

  • Keep the timeline on track and manage smooth transitions throughout the day

  • Brief the MC/DJ/band on key timings and special moments

  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve as needed
