Emails and social media are checked daily between 8am and 5.30pm. Our aim is to answer you within 2 business days knowing week-ends are our busiest time!

A quick phone chat helps make sure we’re the right fit for each other and that I fully understand your vision, priorities, and expectations. It also allows me to gather the right details from the start, so I can create an accurate quote for you with minimal back-and-forth.

It’s simply there to protect both of us. A contract makes sure we’re on the same page about what’s included, how your hired items should be cared for, and what happens if life throws us a curveball.

My process is designed to keep things simple and stress-free:

1. Initial Phone Call – We chat through your plans, style, needs, and any must-haves.

2. Personalised Quote – You’ll receive an itemised quote based on everything discussed.

3. Booking Confirmation – Your date is secured once the deposit is paid and your service agreement is signed.

4. Design & Planning – After our 3 months meeting, I prepare your order making sure everything is exactly as planned.

5. Event Day – I deliver, set up, and style everything as planned so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Yes, delivery are available for a fee. Alternatively, custom arrangements can be picked up in Hamilton Hill (not for packages).

The prices listed on my website show the cost of each floral package. Your final quote also includes bond and travel fees, which vary depending on your venue and hire items. I include these upfront so you have a clear, full understanding of the total investment—no surprises.
